• Are provided solely at the user’s discretion

• Can be deleted by the user at any time

• Are automatically deleted within 30 days

Tele Booking does not independently analyze, categorize, or extract sensitive personal data from uploaded documents.

When you use the Site or App, we may automatically collect:

• IP address, device type, operating system, and app version

• Usage data such as pages viewed, actions taken, and timestamps

You may also choose Delete My Profile within the app to delete your Tele Booking account. When you delete your profile:

• Your account will be deactivated

• Your personal information will be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law

• Uploaded documents will be deleted in accordance with the document retention policy

Some information may be retained for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes, as permitted by law.
