These Terms of Service govern your use of Tele Booking, our website located at https://www.tele-booking.com, and any related services provided by Enrch, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Tele Booking operates as a technology platform that facilitates connections and online consultations between users and independent professionals (“Experts”). Tele Booking does not provide professional services of its own.

By creating a Tele Booking account or using Tele Booking, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you must not use the app, access the website, or use any services provided by Enrch, Inc.

If you access or download Tele Booking from (1) the Apple App Store, you agree to any Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service; and/or (2) the Google Play Store, you agree to the Android, Google Inc. Terms and Conditions, including the Google Apps Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to review and amend these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.

Limitations of Use

By using Tele Booking, you agree not to:

• Modify, copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the platform or its materials;

• Remove copyright or proprietary notices;

• Transfer or mirror platform materials to another server;

• Disrupt or abuse our networks or services;

• Use the platform to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, obscene, or harassing content;

• Violate applicable laws or regulations;

• Send unauthorized advertising or spam;

• Collect user data without consent; or

• Infringe the privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of third parties.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on Tele Booking is owned by or licensed to Enrch, Inc. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the application for personal use only. This license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Tele Booking a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and modify such content as necessary to operate the platform, subject to your privacy preferences and our Privacy Policy.

Automatic Updates

You consent to the automatic download and installation of updates to Tele Booking. You may revoke this permission by uninstalling the application.

General Disclaimer and Reference

Tele Booking does not provide professional advice or professional services. All information and interactions available through the platform are for general informational purposes only.

Additional disclaimers, limitations of liability, and risk disclosures are set forth in our Disclaimer at https://www.tele-booking.com/disclaimer, which is incorporated by reference and forms part of these Terms.

Professional Advice and No Professional Relationship

Experts available through the platform are independent professionals. Use of Tele Booking does not create a doctor-patient, lawyer-client, accountant-client, or any other professional relationship between Tele Booking and users.

Users are solely responsible for determining whether to rely on any advice, services, opinions, or information provided by Experts.

Third-Party Services and Expert Responsibilities

Tele Booking facilitates connections between users and independent Experts. We do not control, supervise, or monitor Experts or the content they provide. All interactions are solely between users and Experts.

Experts are solely responsible for ensuring that they hold all required licenses, certifications, registrations, and permissions and that they comply with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. Tele Booking does not verify or guarantee Expert credentials or compliance.

Platform Availability

Tele Booking does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free access to the platform and is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, technical issues, or outages beyond its reasonable control.

Jurisdiction and Applicability of Advice

Advice or services obtained through the platform may not be applicable in all jurisdictions. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.

Conduct Policy

All users and Experts must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes professionalism, respect, and ethical behavior. Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of access.

Consent and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tele Booking disclaims warranties and limits liability as described in the Disclaimer. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to those limitations and releases.

Right to Delete Your Profile

You may delete your Tele Booking profile at any time. Certain information may be retained as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

Accuracy of Materials

Materials on the platform are provided for general information only. Enrch, Inc. makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or outcomes.

Tele Booking is not responsible for third-party websites linked from the platform. Use of external sites is at your own risk.

Notice Regarding Apple

These Terms are between you and Enrch, Inc., not Apple Inc. Apple has no responsibility for the application or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargoes and are not listed on any U.S. restricted-party list.

Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform immediately for any violation of these Terms.

Cancellation, Refund, and Payout Policy

Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds (Customers)

You may reschedule an appointment at any time at no extra cost, subject to expert availability.

If you cancel an appointment, please do so at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time.

If an expert does not attend the appointment, you will receive a full refund of both the appointment fee and any applicable booking fee.

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days, but in some cases may take 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.

If you miss an appointment without canceling, it will be treated as a completed session, and no refund will be issued.

Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows (Experts)

If an expert cancels or does not attend an appointment, the customer will receive a full refund of the appointment and booking fees.

If cancellations or no-shows occur repeatedly, Tele Booking may deduct the booking fee from the expert’s future payouts to help maintain a reliable experience.

Refunds issued due to expert cancellations or no-shows will be reflected in payout calculations.

Experts are expected to keep availability accurate and notify changes early.

Pricing, Trials & Payouts (Experts)

Experts may set and update their consultation prices through profile settings.

Experts may optionally offer a one-time free trial session.

Appointment fees are paid on the 1st and 15th of each month, or the next business day if the date falls on a weekend or holiday.

Payments are sent via bank transfer to the UPI listed in the expert’s profile. Experts are responsible for keeping payout details accurate.

Tele Booking may charge platform or booking fees, which will be clearly disclosed before they apply.

For each payout period, Tele Booking:

• Calculates total fees from completed appointments; and

• Deducts any booking fees resulting from repeated expert cancellations or no-shows.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tele Booking website or mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as any policies or notices referenced herein, including the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
